Privacy policy

Protecting your personal data is taken seriously. This page describes, simply, what data is collected on this site and what is done with it.

What data is collected?

The site only collects the data you choose to provide:

This site uses anonymous, cookie-free analytics: aggregated statistics (pages viewed, where visits come from, device type) provided by our host, from the server logs. This data cannot identify you and is shared with no one. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking — which is also why you don't see a consent banner here.

What is it used for?

This data is used only to answer your request, arrange a photo session, or let you know about upcoming Parenthèse dates if you've asked. It is never shared with third parties or used for any other commercial purpose.

Where is it stored?

Messages sent through the contact form are emailed to Lan Chi and kept in her mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request.

If you subscribe to the newsletter (the checkbox on the contact form, or signing up for the seasonal Parenthèses), your email address is added to the mailing list managed with Infomaniak's Newsletter tool, whose servers are in Switzerland. It stays there until you unsubscribe: every email contains an unsubscribe link, and a simple email request works too.

Third-party services

The fonts are hosted on the same server as the site — no data is sent to Google or any other font provider. Analytics are handled by our host Infomaniak (Switzerland). No third-party service is used.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, object to and erase your data. To exercise it, simply write to lan.chi@bynaoi.fr.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
